Yoga Six – Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation with Janine 11 mins

In this short session we’ll use a gentle breath control exercise to induce deep feeling of peace and tranquillity, then move to observing the thoughts in the internal landscape and practice using this as a means to stay in the present moment.
